At Afristores.net, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations work for buyers, sellers, and delivery partners on our marketplace.
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped by the seller.
To cancel:
Log into your Afristores.net account.
Go to “My Orders.”
Click “Cancel Order” next to the item you wish to cancel.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will instead fall under our Refund & Return Policy.
A seller may cancel an order if:
The product is out of stock or unavailable.
There are issues with delivery or product quality.
The buyer’s payment or delivery information is invalid.
In such cases, the buyer will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
Afristores.net reserves the right to cancel any order in the following cases:
Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
Violation of our Terms and Conditions
Technical errors during payment or processing
Buyers will be notified immediately, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
If payment has been made, refunds for canceled orders are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certain items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed, including:
Perishable goods (food, beverages, plants)
Custom or made-to-order items
Digital products or downloads
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Delivery partners may cancel a delivery only if:
The buyer or seller cannot be reached after multiple attempts
Safety or route issues prevent successful delivery
In such cases, AfriStores will assist in rescheduling or refunding as appropriate.
